SpaceX is a great place to work when you are a self starter with a driven personality. Don't let anyone fool you but you are capable of great success, and the opportunities to drive innovation and improvements are endless.

Cons

Salary needs a bit of help, and the leadership development needs a lot more. There are a lot of great individual contributors that are promoted who do not know how to engage a team. At the same time there are those who would excel in a leadership role, but senior leadership fails to see it. It is also very annoying to see people act entitled as if everything should be handed to them.
