SpaceX is a fantastic company to work for. We do put in many hours working, that leave me not only exhausted physically, but mentally also. I came here with many years’ experience in the aircraft industry and it was very hard at first to adapt to the environment. Once you get into your head the only hold back from success is you, the work becomes a mission to succeed as a team. What we have done here is history making with our minds being the only limit. The employees here can be somber at one moment and explosive with joy the next. I hope to be here for many more years to come and see reality come alive when we land on Mars.

People work well in teams, are very smart and friendly. Innovative company that allows you to make rapid changes. You feel like you make a difference. Lots of benefits and great food.
