      Pros

      I have had some of the most unique work and life experiences that one could possibly imagine at SpaceX. Especially being here for a long time and seeing the growth of the company, it's a terrifically rewarding place to work. It's super awesome to see the newer employees come in and take charge of big projects that they would not otherwise have an opportunity to own anywhere else. Anyone who applies themselves can excel, and anyone who has a better idea gets a voice to make a change or improvement. There are regular opportunities for growth and advancement as a growing company.

      Cons

      Some folks don't handle the pressure very well, or after being at the company for an extended period find it difficult to disconnect themselves.

      Pros

      Able to work big problems and create solutions that have never been solved before in human history. I have seen things in my employment at SpaceX that the space industry deemed impossible. Everyone as SpaceX is so passionate about their work that everyone pulls their weight and works together to be successful.

      Cons

      Management wants the job done for half the cost but at the same quality. Getting funding for projects is becoming more and more difficult. I fear it will soon start slowing down progress. The company is starting to become too "Corporate".

      SpaceX is an exciting, dynamic, growing company with ambitious long term goals. The workforce is enthusiastic, talented and helpful to new employees. The work is both challenging and rewarding, a must for committed aerospace engineers.

      Cons

      Facilities are a little cramped - but improving
