- People trust me to do a good job and don't micromanage. - I can work fairly flexible hours as long as I get done what I'm supposed to get done. - The people on my team are fantastic. They're friendly and great people to work with. - The work is generally interesting.

Cons

- I sometimes work very long hours. This is due to my own initiative to get stuff done, and sometimes because I'm too optimistic on Monday about what I can get done in a week.

The work is Interesting and challenging. A good mix of office and hands on. You see projects you work on make a real impact to the company. Fast turn around on projects means you get to see your parts go to space.

Cons

Long hours and high expectations. It can be stressful at times, and a lot of people burn out quickly.
