Loved it, until they laid off everybody because they are broke.
Pros
Never a dull day, always something exciting happening somewhere in the company. Watching launches with your team, or outside mission control always renews why we were all there. Lots of good food options with all the different places to eat. In the right departments and with the right projects, people can thrive and learn a ton and really use it across the company.
Cons
work/life balance blows hard. sometimes 14-16hr days aren't enough and when you leave, you can be made to feel guilty for ditching the team. Emails never stop and always need answered. Management can flip around a lot; I went through 8 manager changes in 4 years. Certain departments can be toxic and have no room to move up while others have so much turn over you can move up quickly (watched a guy go from a planner/scheduler to Sr. Manager inside of 2 years and I'm not quite sure why or what he actually did besides throw buzz words around directors and VPs, he never produced or improved anything). Also, parking sucks even worse now that there are apartments going in across the street.
