What we get to work on, the pay is decent, the subsidized food, the stock rewards are great, the ability to do something unique and amazing as contribute to making humans a multiplanetary species, seeing rockets launch a couple times a month is pretty awesome also, and to know you were a part of them launching.

Cons

Long work hours and work life balance, especially if you have a family.
