Pros

Great place to work if you want to maximize your impact as an engineer or technician. Heavy learning and much doing. Get your hands dirty and figure it out. This place is the reason I became an engineer. All hands on deck and a very motivational place to be.

Cons

They will burn you out if you're not careful. You'll baseline 60+ hours a week, sometimes working 20+ hour shifts. Sometimes this is needed, but you need to lookout for yourself.
