Pros
Great Company to start at to deep dive into technical experiences while collecting some stock incentives over the 5 year vest cycle. Try to gain as much experience as you can here.
Cons
Super long hours, make this an unsustainable place to work long term so after vesting many people leave the company leaving gaps in tribal knowledge Base Pay is fairly low, but Stocks are decent considering company has room to grow. However, the later you join the less that makes since since the price increases.
