Parking is atrocious. Have fun taking the shuttle or risking a significant parking fine. They may have a completed parking garage, however still not big enough for 3k+ employees. And the hours of course. There are real rockstars here. If your ticket says you are putting in 60hrs per week, you're in. The work accomplished is not important, only the hours you put in. That is the stigma of the culture. Many people have bad attitudes and hang on to SpaceX purely for the sake that their stock awards have not yet matured. Also, be prepared to hear firing threats. You can get fired for this, fired for that. Don't anticipate meeting you-know-who. He does not care about you. SpaceX is not located in a desirable location so be prepared to be solicited, or hit by a car crossing the street...which is common there. Did not receive any feedback, good or bad for 3 months. Had not clue where I stood with the company. By the time I left they were just beginning 1 on 1 meetings. Never heard the word "leadership". They hire just about anyone there, some real riff-raff.
