      -Amazing mission, will inspire you to do great things -Working with the most talented people you'll ever encounter and it will cause you to elevate your own game! -There's no place on earth like Starbase - a community built around the SpaceX mission

      Cons

      -It will be a lot of hard work, not a place for someone who isn't fully committed to the mission and engaged in what they do. You CAN have work life balance here though, SpaceX has done an amazing job building out amenities for friends and family as well
