Loved to wake up and head out to work and give it 100%.

Cons

Once security company merged it became a clown show and remains the same till this day. Sad and poor mismanagement on the Security coordinators part.

Pros

Open door policy (all ideas are heard). Very inclusive environment. HR department does an amazing job taking care of its employees. There is an opportunity for growth in the company. They like to promote from with in. Hard work is rewarded. The vacation policy is very generous. The benefits are also very good, and set up in a way to customize them to fit your needs. Most importantly, working here you become part of a team that builds rockets (which is pretty cool).

Cons

There are times during the development process where things can feel unorganized. Long shifts can take a toll on your body, but you're rewarded with OT pay, a generous vacation policy, and a forgiving sick time policy.
