Pros

Company stock. Helping the US space industry get us back to the moon and mars.

Cons

Nepotism. Low level management ran like a fraternity and sorority. No work life balance. If you work normal hours you’re an under achiever. People who move up like to brag that they haven’t taken vacation or had a real full weekend in 3 years. Devoted but now how everyone wants to live their life.

Pros

SpaceX offers training and the ability to grow and develop. Good health care , stock and food perks. If you need to fill time, your work will. At SpaceX you can work every day of the week at any time of the day.

Cons

SpaceX doesn't have a work life balance. At least in my department. 12 hour 5 days is the norm. If you enjoy the sunshine fresh air, family and friends this isn't for you.

Supervisor and leads are the worst their cocky know it all they have you running 3 or up to 4 machines except for their favorites they have it easy
