Great experience, decent pay, lots of opportunity to rise up quickly.

Cons

The most excessive micromanaging I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve worked at several aerospace companies. The lead was extremely disrespectful, this feeling was also shared by other team members. 10/10 stressful environment, constant rotation shift work, long hours. No amount of money or experience was worth what I still go through from this position.

Great benefits and perks. Opportunities for promotion and to elevate your career. Good pay with all of the automatic overtime.

Cons

They changed from four 10 hour shifts to four 12 hour shifts. No Hybrid or WFH option. Elon puts a lot of pressure of his leadership and they’re all stressed.
