SpaceX knows how to hype up their employees. It's a very exciting and ground-breaking company to work for. The stock vesting is a huge plus and if you last the full 5 years it really pays off.

Cons

Management are cut-throat and there is constant chaos / stress every day. You really need to have a sink or swim mentality to make it. Management will push you to 150-200% of your regular work limit and basically own you for the time you are working here. A mild version of PTSD can be expected once you leave since it is so intense working here every day.

- Brilliant coworkers - Top tier management - Lack of red tape, able to iterate and collaborate very quickly

Cons

- WLB is quite rough at times - Elon fanboyism isn't rampant, but does exist - Lack of red tape also means lack of guardrails, leading to stress and anxiety at times
