Pros
What SpaceX is trying to do is awesome. Privatizing launches and aspiring to colonize Mars are tremendous goals.
Cons
Management is extremely weak. They lie to get you to accept a job in a so-called world class work environment and they make promises that they have no intention of honoring. Management does not have your back when you make calls contrary to what they want. Do not work here in NDT!
