      Pros

      The interview process is very rigorous and professional. Once you passed the 4 major rounds of interviews and about 10 one-on-one interviews, you will be working with the world's best engineers here at SpaceX!

      Cons

      Some may say work life balance is an issue; however, it's the best place for young engineers who are just starting out to learn.

      Pros

      Fast pace and fun environment to work in. The company encourages extreme ownership so if there is a problem you want to solve, nobody is going to stop you just because it doesn't fit in your job description. The people of SpaceX are some the hardest working, most passionate people I've ever worked with.

      Cons

      SpaceX will consume your life if you let it. Nobody will ever tell you to go home so you have to set boundaries for yourself. That said, people are very respectful of the boundaries you set for yourself (unless you're on critical path).
