      Company and Customers Know you You definitely know what you're doing The connections from the riders are abundant and you form relationships with them so they will get you other jobs when you decide to leave

      Cons

      Hours are insane Toxic work environment and nobody keeps their mouths shut Hard to climb through company if you make baby mistakes Bosses pick favorites and make it extremely obvious HQ is a totally separate world and the field vs. corporate environment is very obvious. The corporate team does nothing for their studio staff or instructors

      I was definitely discriminated against for not fitting the "look". Or as they put it, I was not "on brand." Not as inclusive as they seem. At least not the location I worked at. The instructors would complain about riders they thought were sub-par and the front desk team would watch the security cameras and make fun of riders.
