      SoulCycle has an extremely loyal staff that generates a community bonded upon the relationships from staff, instructors, and riders. Schedules are flexible and all employees receive numerous benefits from company partners as well. The corporate style allows for employees across various religions to maintain under the same brand and values. All decisions and changes made reflect the corporate vision.

      A fun environment, getting to ride for free, flexible hours(good for students)

      Cons

      Low pay, the work can also be very tiring when not everyone does their share. A ton of laundry, folding towels, spraying and organizing shoes, and overall LOTS of cleaning. On your feet and moving all day long.
