Fellow staff- makes great friends

Cons

-taking away staff benefits -would rather have empty seats then a room full of people who know each other -more work/time commitment for MINIMUM WAGE -high turnover employees in headquarters -hiring managers who do not have experience in fitness

Pros

Instructors are very sweet, easy to make friends with other front desk workers

Cons

Over the years have had all benefits outside of pay reduced. That includes our guest policy and employee discount on retail- the two small things that helped us reason our pay.

Studio staff, management and instructors.

Cons

1) we used to get free rides for our guests which brought a sense of community. The bikes are empty already, why would you want the bike to be filled? It’s a better experience for everyone. 2) Pay - we make minimum wage 3) the dropped the SFMRA healthcare option and chose something else 4) they switched to UKG as the payroll system which is horrific. Now they switched to the UKG scheduling app. Why invest more money into an already horrific software everyone can agree with?
