short shifts, low pay, sometimes gross work

They are fully racist. They hire people of color to do grunt work like laundry and cleaning and they make them be very behind the scene in the basement. While they hire mostly white people to be at the front desk interacting with customers. It was very obviously they didn't want their high profile customers to even see any of the cleaning staff. When confronted about it they basically just said it is what it is. Terrible HR managers who did nothing and terrible managers who enabled this discrimination.
