Pros

The best part about working there is that they encourage you to ride in classes if there is enough staff so that the class is filled. they are also good about hiring managers who actually like their job so that the environment is positive

Cons

There is not much that I would say is a con besides the low wage and the riders that come in that are sometimes not nice but other than that everything is positive

Great benefits, stay busy, good team to work with and learn from. Able to use facilites to work out if you like to cycle. Great benefits.

Cons

No cons from my end. Not sure on anyone else’s experience. Umm the only thing was having work weekends when the rest of the office was office if you like your weekends.
