      Pros

      Fun atomosphere and great work-life balance. I had opportunity to work with new technology and freedom to try different things. Benefits were great.

      Cons

      Upper management seemed disorganized and was constantly restructuring and changing direction. Culture did change for the worse over time as the company grew.

      The studio team and manager I worked with were fantastic.

      Cons

      I wouldn’t go back. Company says that is is people centered and care about their employees but their actions say otherwise.
