Nice work culture! No strict hieararchy. If you want to speak to anyone, you can reach anyone anytime.

Cons

Not good work. Core development is not here so if you're looking for core development, look out for other companies. It's more of testing and test case development here.

great work culture, flexible working hours, offers better conpensation to freshers when compared to companies like tcs, infosys, ,techm, ,wipro etc.

Cons

not much learning, no growth, very difficult to switch since u dont have much learning

Work/life balance is good. Sony pays nice benefits to workers. Every floor has a kithchen and a room for siesta.

Cons

Senior management is biggest con. Senior management has weak ethical values. One manager even threated me physically. Another con is culture of the firm.
