Nothing much 1. They provide some free basic training like linux C and C++.

Cons

1. No quality work 2. All the good work is mostly done by Japanese counter parts. 3. Mostly Enhancement projects.

* employee discounts on products * good place if you want to prepare for higher studies or some other interview

Cons

* pretty much everything including the nosedive your career will take after working here * pay is substandard compared to the market value * food is not free and can be considered expensive (if you see other companies which provide free snacks atleast) * dirty politics in office
