Job security is very good.

Cons

"Cost cutting" is the most used . Horrible pay. You will always feel that you can get better pay elsewhere. Very average food in cafeteria.

Good work atmosphere. My managers were all very supportive. I always got the opportunity to learn more. A lot of events in office which helps in knowing more people.

Cons

Very few projects with challenging work. Most of the projects are into maintenance and support so not good for beginners.
