Pros
Some exciting projects to work on, in a wide variety of areas across the vast number of categories that Sony covers. Great people to work with, have made lots of friends.
Cons
Badly organised as a company, communication across departments and countries is poor. Most of the time there does not appear to be a strategy that we are following or a future plan beyond about a year or so. Every project I've worked on has been aimed at a short term goal without thinking through the long term or knowing how it will strategically work within the broader company
