      Pros

      A company that puts for effort into showing respect for employees. You get to interact with a lot of great people and have fun with cool electronics.

      Cons

      The retail division isn't treated great due to little vision. This adds stress to the employees. Metrics that don't take into account for other responsibilities given for example
