      Pros

      Creative envoroment, best engineers, technology leader, international culture. Good place to work. If you work there you would understand, how and why it is the industry leader.

      Cons

      None. Maybe it's more about the overall strategy. Encoraging inovation, sort of becomes no focus. Good to explore new technologies, maybe not a good business model.
