      + Great Benefits and structure. + Still a big brand name + Good Work life balance + Care about employees

      Cons

      Look at 90% of management worldwide they are long time in the company. They where there when Sony had lots of money to throw at partners now the money has dried up they just have no ideas. With the long tremors it makes it hard too move up in the company and a lot of talented people left and moved on.
