      - Relatively stable company - Great office locations in California (if that's your thing) - Many tenured folks

      Cons

      - Non-competitive compensation - Many tenured folks (dead weight the company can't or won't get rid of) - Very political thus demotivating to do anything other than kiss butt and punch the time card

      Love the company. Best job that I have ever had. Can't complain about anything in the world with this company. They work hard to make employees happy
