Sony pays belove market average on purpose. The management attempts to inherit asian working culture in Europe, constant pressure, the high management strategy is to humiliate the employees on the business review/forecasting meetings. Strongly manipulative mindset trying to make you believe that you are not enough so you need to deliver more. INSANE WORKING HOURS (if you are looking for a private life friendly workplace, that wont be sony), claiming overtime is a no go. Canteen is a crime against gastronomy.

Bad and pathetic work culture .. good for existing people who have been in the firm for 10 years and bad for new joiners... Culture is very very dirty .. managers are most crooks. Very old projects which are for support and maintenance.l and company works like a govt office ..No road map for future, no new technologies and company is financially under severe loss.. most of the good resources are leaving the company.. no new joiners are showing interest to join and thereby putting severe pressure of existing resources.. pathetic appraisal system and 5-6% hike every year.... no very easy to get promotion... They are interested in pushing fake reviews in glassdoor. Company is laying off most of the senior resources .. works like a service based company...
