Management does not care about the employees. Career advancement is nearly impossible. Often lateral movement is not even allowed. Most people are dissatisfied with their work.

It is somewhat fulfilling to see what you work on making the news when it gets launched. That is, if it actually *ever* gets launched.

Cons

The constant shifting of company and division directions. The next re-organization always sounds a lot better than the previous, but more or less just a reshuffling of titles amongst the same management team.
