      Part of an exciting, evolving, fast paced, global industry. Opportunities for innovation and creativity are tremendous. Part of what was once one of the most popular consumer electronic brands in the world.

      Cons

      Far too many silos in Sony, Management is inexperienced and no one is ever recruited externally to bring world class talent to the organisation.
