My experience with Somewhere was exceptional. I have worked with a lot of recruitment agencies before throughout my career, and I can say with full honesty that Somewhere has been the best one so far by a mile. For one, the process is quite smooth and organized. Yes, it may take time (not that long) to get partnered with a company. However, once you do, the process is quite straightforward. My recruiter was amazing! The best recruiter I have ever worked with, and I am truly very grateful for his help and support. He was completely transparent with me and constantly gave me the right information and tips to be able to put my best foot forward during my interviews. I truly believe he believed in me and my skills and went beyond to really push for me to the client. The communication between us was constant and clear and that has not been my experience in the past. Even when I wasn't picked by the first client I spoke with, he quickly connected me with another client who thankfully hired me and I start on Monday! Their process was also really great. I believe that the emails and invitations they sent were all really important in ensuring we were well prepared for every step of the hiring process. I think compared to other hiring agencies I have worked with in the past, Somewhere also offers the best and most competitive pay packages for contractual work with clients abroad. Mostly, in the 1,000 USD and more range per month. Somewhere is amazing and I truly recommend it.
