- hybrid position - dynamic role - amazing coworkers/team - if required, you will travel for client's visits

- the upsale commissions/bonus structure aren't great - sometimes you will struggle to understand who does what in the org chart

They pay on time and you can get the experience to leave asap.

Cons

Managers are super annoying, they pay you the bare minimum and that's being generous, getting a raise is IMPOSSIBLE, their staff is a pain, they make the rules not the US company and that's very limiting, working from home is unimaginable, they make you feel like you owned them something and seriously they will pay you so so low compared to what their being paid.
