Cons

The recruiters and direct management will lie to your face to get you in the door. The pay is incredibly low for this type of work, the benefits are expensive (and not good). The worst part is that management is extremely shady, as they are highly unethical and treat the employees very poorly.

prefer young people thn older ones and their policy is ageism because of the tax breaks and benefits the government offers.Meanwhile they post everywhere they need staff while the rotation is high because of that polick,they prefer that way because It´s is more easy to handle than a expert one.
