They do "company re-structuring" very often. They hire a lot of recruiters, customer service representatives and other positions on the begining of the year to do a massive lay-off by the next semester

Your salary will get split into a bonus and the actual amount of salary Basically your luck really depends on the account you get assigned to, Solvo has virtually no control over the operations of their clients so you are pretty much on your own there. Good luck.
