      there's only one account manager, she always finds how to help you out.

      They are micromanaging and they never review performance from an objective point of view, they just side with the client.

      People like to manipulate information in order to been seen differently as they really are. Backstabbing is commonly used in order to be in the "good" of high ranked people who are in charge of manipulating their own image.
