      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere with a casual attire. Easy to find people to work with. You are also given a decent amount of free range to work on what you are interested in rather than assigned tasks.

      Cons

      If you are starting out, or are not a go getter, you will likely not do much. They do not hold your hand you are treated like an engineer.
