      Decent pay and highly innovative culture

      Cons

      No work life balance, some departments allow incompetent supervisors who get away with anything including harassment and retaliation, no advancement, highly political environment

      Pros

      I enjoy working with all of the employees, but the consistent mistakes and blame shifting has created a toxic environment. We hoped the transition from Cytec to Solvay would have created a different environment, but we kept the same leadership and the same culture remains.

      Decent pay. I wish I could go on about the good things but there's so much to complain about that makes me need a new job.

      Pros

      Have not had a pay check bounce.

      Cons

      Managers do not respect blue collar employees which results in many people getting hurt. Floor Managers often expect established safety practices to be ignored in order to meet production goals.
