      -Money is great. -Great Co-Workers -Sometimes you get 7 days off.

      Cons

      -Demand for higher productivity with outdated machines. -Safety is a little overkill. -Crazy style of rotating hours. -12 Hour Shifts -Sometimes you don't get 7 days off. -Temperature up to 150 degrees.

      Pros

      Large company with lots of talent and expertise. The company believes strongly in sustainability and there are lots of exciting opportunities for research and innovation. Good benefits and 401k plan.

      Cons

      Difficult to have mobility in the organization since GBUs are silos and do not collaborate frequently. Upper management changes frequently and decisions for investments are slow. Reward and recognition is not very good, but improving.
