An engineer with 10+ years of experience was laid off even though they were an integral part of the company. I dont get that.

The pay is pretty decent

Cons

The atmosphere is lacking. They will force you to work ot. The supervisors are not above yelling. There's quite a bit of racism from the employees. Heard the n word more than a handful of times. It's only diverse because they do the standard diversity hire ratios.
