      Pros

      Well-organized Dutch company, friendly and very professional colleagues. I was pleased with effective communication at all times. There was a good balance between work and private life.

      Cons

      Top managers practiced departments exchange but regular employees could not move to another available subject even within their own domain of research. So, there was a lot of flexibility they were proud of on higher level and a lot of rigidity on lower.

      Pros

      Management lets the workers run the company. They value the workers input and really allow you to thrive. Solvay will allow you to train in various aspects of chemical operations.

      Cons

      The only con is Solvay Marcus Hook plant is closing. Due to the repurposing of Sunoco Marcus Hook it makes it tough to continue working in Pennsylvania
