      Pros

      Great benefits and took pride in their employees.....

      Cons

      Senior Management (i.e. CEO, Sr VPs, etc....) were not qualified for their positions.... They were in them only based on who they knew to place them there..... It was NOT based on what they knew..... Of course, nobody wants to accept this fact, but that doesn't change the fact as it stands.....

      Pros

      Part of a big organization but a small company feel in Alpharetta. Very welcoming team, good training, opportunity for growth, flexible with work/life balance. Fantastic benefits package - the best I've seen!

      Cons

      There are really no cons to speak of. Maybe the cafateria could be open later? :)
