Solvay just bought the plant I work for in Jan 2015 from Cpchem and so far its bern a complete turnaround.

There is a strong safety culture but few safety individuals. They seem to not invest in safety individuals.

Huge companies, not simple to have an impact, especially for young employees. Most of the opportunities are for older people that have been waiting for opportunities for over 10 years.
