      Pros

      This company know really how to develop their people. You have to work hard but you are inmensely rewarded and encourage to develop your strengths furter and learn how to deal with your weakness. They are structured, very open minded, they treat the workers as individuals. Very international and interactive in their activities. The management has a lot of strategic progic and their Road maps are very well set up, everyone is aware what is expected to be achieved, and when is achieved the management always thanks their people as TEAM. No better place to work and develop your career

      Almost nothin, if you are hard working and the satisfaction of achieving your goals!
