      Pros

      Great company with a lot of exposure to new technology and services. Great training opportunities and co-workers are a joy to be with.

      Cons

      A lot of travel involved, so it can be hard on family. Some locations are not desired travel locations.

      The perks such as lunches, and some great people outside of my department. Opportunities to grow if liked well enough. Great education reimbursement.

      Cons

      Management never seemed to know what was going on at the floor. Negative mindset and some bad attitudes. There needs to be more code of conduct training with men towards ladies

      Less integration among business units. Reinventing of wheels, Lack of good knowledge management. Need to follow best practices. Project timelines are aggresive.
