      Good salary Lots of advancement opportunity Good Benefits Many locations world wide

      Cons

      Mostly Union plants in U.S., can lead to toxic/negative work environment High management turnover (pro if you're looking to move up quickly) 24/7 production leads to a lot of stress and being on call frequently Hard to advance above middle mgmt. if you're not willing to re-locate every 3 years

      Pros

      Benefits are good. they have 401k plans, and a partial help tuition program. It is a professional organized work environment. I would recommend working here if you can put up with the cons.

      Cons

      Management is too strict. They like to micromanage and try to find something wrong you did so they can write you up. They try to blame employees for everything that goes wrong. Especially when it comes to safety.
