      Pros

      Solvay is a great Global Company with a high priority on sustainability and corporate integrity. High value on Safety and it's not just talk. Global corporation that encourages growth and mobility.

      Cons

      Dead wood is allowed to linger without consequences. Pulls moral of entire local plant down. This seems to be a Corporate HR decision as many sites complain about same issue. High performers are overloaded (overwhelmed) and subject to burnout while they watch the under performers sitting in their offices on the internet.

      Dysfunctional management from Cytec, but appears it may be improving under Solvay. Under Staffed in many critical areas. Low possibility for advancement, hire management externally.
