      Pros

      Opportunities to financially benefit through training and certification. Employee retention is high. Offers benefits and retirement match program.

      Cons

      Unionized hourly employees. No room for growth into other areas of the business. Very demanding on employees. Management doesn't resonate with operations/hourly cooperation. Work-Life balance very unstable.

      Pros

      Have not had a pay check bounce.

      Cons

      Managers do not respect blue collar employees which results in many people getting hurt. Floor Managers often expect established safety practices to be ignored in order to meet production goals.

      It was a good place to work for a short period of time

      Cons

      A work week of seven days and 70 hours was expected. Manufacturing was not performing and instead of holding this group accountable many work around were expected. High turnover and management was hired externally
